Hey, classes. I hope everyone is healthy and keeping yourselves as busy as possible.  For the remainder of the school year we will be working online.  We should be striving to stay as physically active as possible despite the obvious challenges. To stay healthy in times like these it is imperative that we get as much activity to help with our immune system, our cardiovascular health, and stay physically strong.

Everyday, we need to have 30 minutes of physical activity.  Whether you are working out on your own, playing with a sibling or parent, or running around in the backyard, activity is key for your health.

Your assignments and expectations will be on the Microsoft Teams app from this point forward.  PLEASE be patient with me as I am perhaps newer to this teaching/learning style than most of the students.  Please feel free to message me with any questions or concerns through the app.  Thank you for your cooperation.
